T-ILT Relaxometry NMR software
CASC4DE has developped an NMR application T-ILT (T2 – Inverse Laplace Transform), a relaxometry 1D & 2D processing software. This package combines a set of pulse sequences for High Field Bruker NMR spectrometers and an analysis software.
The sequence package contains T2 low resolution sequences for High Field Bruker NMR spectrometers:
- 1D T2 experiment
- different kinds of 2D experiments, such as T2T2, T1T2 and DT2.
Run your low resolution experiments in a High Field NMR.
T-ILT makes everything for you! Don’t worry about theory and settings.
Fast and intuitive software interface.
Innovative data treatment.
Diffusion coefficient (D), nuclear spin–lattice (T1) and spin–spin (T2) relaxation times describe the mobility of the different populations of water present in a sample. Thus they provide information about the dynamics and the structure at different time and distance scales.
For example, two-dimensional exchange experiment allows the study of the communication between the different water populations, giving information about the reticulation of a porous material by the presence of off-diagonal peaks. Diffusion-relaxation correlation experiment (DT2) can distinguish different physical environments of a water population in a sample.
T-ILT software allows the user to:
- firstly through the 1D analysis, study the different water populations present in the samples/materials.
- then the implementation of the 2D sequences on Bruker High-Resolution instruments makes it possible to obtain deep knowledge of the sample system structure.
Sample composed of glass balls of 1mm in water. 1D T2 profile of this sample with the peak-picking prediction is shown on T-ILT interface. Separation of bulk, interstitial and adsorpted water. 2D T2-T2 spectrum of the same sample is shown on the left-bottom part, showing the exchange between the different sites.
